Make some waves- transverse waves that is. This Fundamentals of Physics tuning fork allows for the attachment of springs with varying masses so that students can create, study, and inference the impact that different masses have on transverse waves.
The tuning fork also creates a strong and constant 60 Hz wave when connected to an AC power supply and FUN stand. Included is an electric tuning fork, spring, mounting bolt, two spring mounting clips and instructions.
Note: the Fun stand and a 6-12 V AC power supply.
