Additional features include 1–2500 PSI digital flow control; 20 uL loop injection valve; pulse dampener; fixed wavelength 254nm filter detector with 10uL flowcell; solvent delivery bottle; backpressure regulator; 100uL syringe, reverse phase column kit with fittings; and one channel data system with PeakSimple Chromatography Software. The included software package allows you to control the chromatography instrument with data collection, external switches, detector response range, and auto-zero. You can also use it to set pump flow for instant reoloading, which simplifies method development.
