Using a plane mirror in addition to a concave and convex mirror with different focal lengths, students encounter reflection through a series of hands-on activities. Students also investigate refraction of concave and convex lenses, a lucite block, and glass block. The included prism is utilized to demonstrate separation of light into its component colors.
