Completely resculpted with enhanced anatomical detail, our life-size vinyl-plastic model replicates the entire alimentary tract from mouth to anus. A detachable lower jaw half is complete with teeth, mastication muscles, and salivary glands. A dissected pancreas exposes the pancreatic and common bile ducts; duodenum is sectioned to reveal hepatopancreatic ampulla and accessory pancreatic duct entrance; and a section through the rectum, anal canal, and anus reveals the anal columns and sphincter. Dissection of the terminal potion of the ileum and cecum shows ileocecal valve and vermiform appendix orifice. All features are number-coded for identification in accompanying key.
