Universal Microphone with Preamplifier

Multifunctional, Omnidirectional, and Highly SensitiveSensitive and versatile, the Universal Microphone has built-in electronic features that make further amplification or signal conditioning unnecessary. With a response range from 15Hz to 40kHz, the omnidirectional microphone can be used for experiments in both the audible and ultrasound regions. Delivers three different signals: amplified incoming signal for oscilloscope display, transient recording or harmonic analysis; sound-level signal for relative measurements and standing wave analysis; or a trigger pulse for sound experiments. Signals can be sent directly to oscilloscopes or other instruments using the attached 4mm jacks. An automatic-cutoff feature shuts the instrument off after 30 minutes. Includes instructions and a 10mm diameter detachable stand rod. Size: 45.5cm long, 25cm high mounted on rod.
